Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to request a return

• Email hello@saheliii.com with your order ID and reason.
• We arrange a reverse pickup where our courier partner services your PIN code.
• Where pickup is unavailable, we reimburse reasonable self-shipping charges.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to stock. Since we produce in very small batches, a replacement size may occasionally be unavailable — in that case we offer a full refund or store credit.

Refunds

• Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item passing quality check.
• Refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Not eligible for return

• Items marked final sale or made to measure.
• Items that are worn, altered, washed, stained or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

Please share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
