Products and pricing

• Our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, print placement and finish are natural and not defects.
• We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you if an order is affected.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when payment is authorised. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery

We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays or events beyond our control.

Intellectual property

All photographs, prints, designs and text on this site belong to Saheli and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
