Where we ship

We currently ship within India only through Shopify-supported courier options.

Charges

Delivery charges are calculated for your address and shown before payment at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days.
• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote PIN codes may take a little longer; we will keep you informed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link over SMS or email once your parcel is picked up. You can also track it from our Track Order page.

Undelivered and refused parcels

If a parcel is refused or remains undelivered, it returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
